Traditional Eggnog



Beat egg yolks and add half of the sugar and all of the alcohol. Beat egg whites until stiff and add remaining sugar to them. Add the two mixtures together and fold in the lightly whipped cream. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Enjoy

Serves 30.


This eggnog recipe is enough for a large crowd at a holiday party. If you're concerned about keeping it chilled, place the eggnog in a bowl and set the first bowl in a larger bowl lined with ice. Be sure to set it atop a charger so the condensation does not drip. Cheers -- this is sure to be a hit!
