Traditional Eggnog
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream, lightly whipped
- 1/2 cup Rum
- 3/4 cup Brandy
- 12 egg whites
- 3/4 cup rye Whiskey
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 egg yolks
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and add half of the sugar and all of the alcohol. Beat egg whites until stiff and add remaining sugar to them. Add the two mixtures together and fold in the lightly whipped cream. Garnish with grated nutmeg. EnjoyServes 30.

This eggnog recipe is enough for a large crowd at a holiday party. If you're concerned about keeping it chilled, place the eggnog in a bowl and set the first bowl in a larger bowl lined with ice.
