Coquito

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup Rum
• 14 oz condensed milk
• 15 oz can of cream of coconut
• 30 oz coconut milk
• 4 eggs
• sugar to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well with a blender or hand mixer.

Chill for 1-2 hours prior to serving.

Enjoy.
