Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1 part Port
- 1 part Cognac or brandy
- 1 tablespoon Cacao
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until light and frothy. Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Comments:
This a Chilean style eggnog -- rich and creamy and great after a big meal.

The traditional Swedish eggnog (Äggtoddy) is prepared this way: 2 egg yolks and a tablespoon of sugar, beat until fluffy and nearly white, pour in high glass. Add 2 - 4 cl of cognac or brandy on top, enjoy.
